Transportation phenomena and conveying people and goods have always
been considered as one of the most important human commitments from
early stage of development. Nowadays, transportation is considered among
major component of national economy in the country and concerning great
infrastructure, plays significant role in the economy development
process. The transportation sector includes certain activities that
circulate in whole terms of production, distribution and consumption of
goods and services and also take part in entire economic activities.

The highway connecting Tehran to Kermanshah and is entitled as
